I was watching that game and was disgusted when they gave Elliot out, was a bit happy when we got some revenge.

sure other countries have had their moments of cheating and bad sportsmanship but Aussies seem to have them a lot more frequently.

to be fair, you can harldy call Gilchrist a cheat, he is a champion and was always honest, he walked even when given not out, something no-one else in the world did.

And on behalf of SYmonds, i would have claimed that catch too, when you catch them like that, especially with such a dive it would have been near impossible to judge whether it hit the ground, and i know from experience it would have felt like he caught it.

And for Ponting, he thought he caught it, it looked like he caught it, it would have been hard fro him to tell, and if a journo questioned your integrity how would you feel, youd be pissed, he did nothing wrong there if you ask me, all he did was ask the question to, he didnt exactly go crazy when it was given not out.

Shane Watsons was a stupid and petty act, and he made him self look like a dickhead, as was Trevor Chappels, but your being far to harsh on the others, Vettoris was great sportsmanship, hes just a champion.

But all countries have thier contreversies over the years, i think your just focusing more on the Australian ones and then claiming its a lot more frequent

To be fair, your a kiwi, so even without any merit whatsoever you would hate the Australians, my dad is the same, so is all my NZ family, these are just ways of trying to show reasoning behind your hate, when in truth (i have nothing against hate for Aus, i love hearing it from my Family when i come over here, think its hilarious) its just the NZ way.

Anyway, I don't hate Australia, in fact I would rather they won over the poms in any other sport except cricket. Only because the arrogance of guys like Ponting really pisses me off. Ricky Ponting is prepared to cheat so his team wins, and if he loses, out come the excuses. He is easily my most hated sportsman.

Hendo, as TGBY has said a lot of the times it's hard to know that you haven't taken a catch.

And about Gilly, no way is he a cheat. He walked in the World Cup FINAL.

Honestly every team has had their moments, it's not just Australia who should be classed as cheats. South Africa match fixing, the ball tampering incident etc.

I just stumbled across that video of Gilchrist, it kind of shows him trying anything to get rid of the indian batsman and then arguing with the umpire. Was a waste of time as he clearly wasn't out.

and Panthers I don't care how many boundaries they can hit, how many games they can win. A lot of them are arrogant assholes who are prepared to cheat to win games and that ain't cool.

I thought the Gilly stumping incident was a joke at the time and i was laughing, but when they actually showed a few replays then i realized that Gilly was actually appealing for him to be out. Although it was never out the only reason he was appealing is because he thought the Indian batsman's foot may of been in the air at first. But his reaction was quite funny though i thought. Watson's celebration was a bit OTT yesterday but i mean players have done that before, he cops his fine and get on with it.
