I wasn't sure if this was worthy for a thread but i decided to post it anyway. The article is about John Terry who had an affair with former teammate Wayne Bridge's girlfriend. As a result of this he is now apparently being forced to relinquish his captaincy of the English football team.

You are a poor thread maker... but anyway. It is a big dog act to do that to anyone, let alone your former teammate!! He deserves to lose his captiancy as he destroyed he has let down football fans in general

Id be one hell of a game anyway lol, regardless of this.

I hope he doesnt get stripped of England captaincy, imo hes a great leader and we dont need to go through a change in leadership so close to the World Cup. I dont care what happens to him at Chavski though Wink

I am really hoping to see a confrontation between the two, like at a free kick or something and all of a sudden Bridge punches Terry in the face, or something along those lines.

Well why would i care how long a Manchester City player gets suspended for, i don't follow them. But i think Bridge deserves a free hit at Terry or something.

This would have to be the worst possible title for the thread, it just reeks of gayness.

Stevie G should be England captain, best man for the job, a fantastic leader and along with Shrek is our most important player.

Apparently Wayne Bridge is going to retire from International football, unless of course Fabio Capello decides to banish Terry from the national team. JT is a much more important player than Bridge so here's hoping that doesn't happen.

The World Cup is 5 months away, I think the media frenzy will have blown over by then and it shouldn't have too much effect on the national team.

Also, the latest rumours are that JT got her pregnant and then paid for an abortion. The plot thickens.

Here is the woman in the centre of all this... I can certainly see why JT would be tempted.
