Robbie Deans has named his first Wallabies squad for the season, a 30-man group that will again be led by Brumbies flanker Rocky Elsom.

Seven uncapped players have been included in the squad that will help shape the team for the upcoming Tests against Fiji, England and Ireland.

Hookers Saia Faingaa and Huia Edmonds, props Ben Daley, Laurie Weeks and Salesi
Ma'afu, flanker Matt Hodgson and centre Rob Horne are all yet to play for Australia but will more than likely get their chance this winter.

A further ten uncapped players have been included as part of the Australian Barbarians team which will play two midweek Tour matches against England.
