Souths have Ben Ross, Michael Crocker and Dave Tyrell injured. Ross is still uncertain, rumours are that he's about to retire. I'm not sure about Jamie Simpson as well. Has he been playing for Norths?

Week to week thing. It was tendonitis before his return, not sure where since he had a fair few surgeries in the offseason. After the Warriors game it could have been a broken nose as well.

What I've heard is the complete opposite. Ross is set to be cleared to return in the coming days.

Reports from training say that Ross burst into tears at training in frustration when asked how the scan went. Russell Crowe also tweeted to him Hey Ben, heard the news. Tough call. It is a privilege to have you at the club mate. Stay strong and keep your eyes on the horizon

Terrible news, but it looks like Ben Ross's career is over. Terrible ending for him and I wish the best to him and his family. Sad
