Well almost certainly the biggest trade week in the AFL's history is less than 2 months away, and already we are beginning to hear some rumours around the place. Anything you've heard will go in here, whether it be an almost certain or a most likely crap call. I'll set the thread up like I did last year as well.

Chad Cornes --> Hawthorn
Daniel Motlop --> Fremantle
Daniel Kerr --> Carlton
Chris Tarrant --> Carlton

Heard on the radio this morning, Motlop to Freo and Cornes to Hawks, which would suck for us, but a new era means getting rid of these blokes I guess.

Hmmm, wouldn't care less if i was a Port fan losing Motlop, but Chadwick would be a blow. Yes he's been out of form this year, but he's still got the potential to offer something in 2011. Motlop is just a lazy bitch.

I can see Chad retiring rather than be traded tbh.

As much as I hate all the Cornes mob (yes, that includes the inagural Adelaide coach), I have a feeling they like to think of themselves as dead set South Australians. An image that will be tainted by Chad playing for the Hawks. Just the feeling I get about them.

Agreed with Feldster. Pretty sure they said in an interview they wanted to stay one-club men a few weeks back too.

Rucci's Cox rumour from this morning's paper has already been squashed by Worsfold.

^^^ yeah was in the paper this morning, West coast are looking for a dashing midfielder or a small forward (Possibly Leon) and are willing to offer their first round pick

Also looks like Nathan Krakouer will go to the Suns

Wouldn't be surprised if happened tbh. West Coast look pretty keen on trading this year and have already been linked to a number of players. Pick 4 (assuming West Coast finish 16th) for Wells would be a bit too much though wouldn't it?

Is he originally from WA?

North would agree
Wells would agree

Woah, Wells going back to WA, only heard that one since 2003.

Ill see it when i believe it, i wouldn't rule it out, but i don't see it happening.
