If we ply like we did against the Swiss I think we'll get a win, 2-1 Australia I think.

Scotty Mac to FINALLY score and Emmo to get the other.

Obraniak, R. Lewandowski, and Błaszczykowski (pronounced "Bwash-chi-kov-ski) are the danger players.

I'd say pretty evenly matched, draw the most likely outcome, but if one of them wins, it'll be by no more than 2 goals.

Lol surprised we won 2-1 in the end Holman and Wilkshire scoring.

Not sure if you're being serious or sarcastic.

I'll go with serious.

Thanks Smile

On paper we do have the better squad, but they dominated most of that game, but their striking let them down. Holman's great finish, and Wilkshire's penalty were pretty much the only attacking thread we showed all game to be fair. So I am pleased with the outcome.

Cheers cynic, I like how I got 2 out of 3 danger players correct, the other didn't even make the bench Razz

I love Lewandowski though, my fave Polish player though, followed by Błaszczykowski and Obraniak.

Just gotta find somewhere where they sell the prints for the Polish jersey.

I look at Poland, I see Obraniak (when he plays), Błaszczykowski, Lewandowski, and Jelen, and I think they're better than Australia's attacking players. They all play in the starting lineup of their clubs, and just looking at their skill, it's apparent.

EDIT: Cahill is maybe on a par with them

I must admit, but knowledge on the Polish players are limited, but I do know we have them for international experience. Which probably makes us the better side. They have many young players though, wouldn't be surprised to see them shoot up the rankings over the next couple of years.

I don't know about experience making you better. Defence, and central midfield are fairly like for like. I'd rather have Lewandowski over Scotty Mac and Jesus, Błaszczykowski over Emerton, and Obraniak over Kewell (Kewell in the past would be better though)

EDIT: and you can't forget they have Polish clubs playing UCL group stages, which would serve as a pretty good platform for their players.

Błaszczykowski not so long ago was Dortmund's best player as well, and they're not nobodies in Germany.

Yeahh well I don't know what happens to them at international level because they are quite average if were honest. Having good players is one thing, having a good team is another.

That is true. But what you're saying is on paper Aus 'the better squad', which I don't agree with.

Yeah sorry, I meant when you look at the squads at international level (rankings, recent performances etc)
