Just a little thread to discuss teachers at your school. You know the creepy ones, the bi-polar ones or the one that just go way off topic?

Well to kick it off, a few weeks ago in Business management, my teacher who came back after a month of being ill, sets up his laptop as we were planning to do our presentations. As he fired up with laptop though, on the projector came a paused porn video. Whole class was shocked... "WTF WHAT THAT!" etc etc. The teacher didn't get fired. This is the same teacher which happens to constantly go on tangents and talk about the most irrelevant shit.

We also have a good teachers at Brighton who seem like they aren't all there. Always fun with them though.

We have the best subs at our school! So dumb too. Mr Johnson who retired at the end of last year must of been the best though. Let us get away with everything, people have their phones out and he tells us to put the 'radio' away.

Also Ms Newby, aka Nun Teacher cos she dresses like a nun. So fkn funny bagging her out... and Mr Carney (who is in Long Service Leave atm) is a deadset pedo, watches the Year 7's at lunch time from outside the PE Staffroom.

There was a English guy from Noocastle I had for science. First day he is doing a demonstration with a candle and ended up tipping the wax over his hand and yelled out 'Oh for fooks sake' Laughing Fair to say he got a bit of stick for that.

Another was my Chem teacher 2 years ago. He was from London and went for Spurs so most Mondays I got to give him shit about how crap Spurs did compared to Arsenal Cool

Then there was the dodgy-ass teacher who got randomly fired from school. He fucked over my whole computers class that year and acted really seedy. Rumors were that he got busted watching porn... but I dunno. Wouldn't put it past him tbh.

I had some classics. One teacher gave our class a map of asia to colour (when we were in year 10) and after one of us decided to colour the land in blue, she gave us a lecture on how blue is the colour of the ocean. There were other dumb things that happened.

Got a couple of uni lecturers/tutors that try and be one of the cool kids, they were still my favourite lectures, but it was still funny watching one of them try and have a smoke.

My year 6 teacher went on "holiday" for a couple of weeks, untill there was a front page story on how she stole all the money students paid for camp. Then all the students worked out she got the sack.

In year 9 a teacher threw a chair at a student. Needless to say he didn't finish teaching the subject.

My German teacher from a while back was always threatening to 'run away' if the class kept tormenting her. She was insane though, probably turned that way from all the torture we put her through. Once she ran out the classroom because everyone was throwing the German books around the room Laughing. Another time she ran into the cabinet and wouldn't come out for 3 hours. Another time this guy in our class was jumping from table to table, so she tried to stop him, failed, then ran out the classroom crying. By the way, i don't know how she ever got hired, she knew absolutely shit all about the language.

Mr Thompson, my ITM teacher. Obviously a bit of a geek if he teaches a computer subject lol.

You gotta hate teaches who think that they are funny, and this one is the worst of them all that try and be funny.

My ENT teacher is horrible. She goes crazy, as soon as you walk in the door it's like she assumes you are about to do something wrong. And all the time, if your behaving badly or back chatting her she goes "WHAAAT?" in a real high voice, such a classic.

I slept through most of my VCE year but the only time I got called on it was at parent/teacher interviews.

Didn't change a thing. I've always wondered why all of my teachers let it slide.

My science teacher is a hack, talks for the whole lesson, no one listens and he says "put your pens down, look up, and listen to me" about 50 times a lesson. And yeah he tries to be funny and sing old songs and my lord he fucking fails

One of my old teachers used to think he was an alien born on sigma 5, and of you poked him he would make noises..

Another one used to think he was a cool kid too, needless to say he mass geizer, very slow too, we've had numerous encounters were I questioned how he could possibly be a pot bellied balding 28 year old man, and another time we got in a physical stoush where numerous jumper punches were thrown (yes my old school was a piece of shit)

then we had the young teacher who cbf teaching so hid come into class and be like I can't be fucked, let's watch videos (fururama etc)

we had this midget canadian teacher who had zerocontrol over the class, these two kids would literally get in fights in the classroom, no-one ever did work and i'm pretty sure she got the sack when no-one passed the exam

in the exam people were passing around there papers, getting up and walking to other desks, swapping papers etc, was ridiculous. Then one day we hacked into her computer and told her sourmath.org or something like that was a science educational site for learning...needless to say it certainly wasn't

Oh another one, i once had a french teacher in year 7 (10 fucking years ago) that was crossed eyed, once i thought she was yelling at me, but she was really yelling at my friend, who didn't notice and it made it worse.

I also got kicked out of her class late in term 4 and told to never go back after instead of answering questions in french i did it in (really bad) spanish. it was the straw the broke the camels back.

This one teacher was a legend. He was Irish and let the class do whatever lol he was a blduge, full time teacher too. Anyway one day he took his yr 8 geo class into the bush near our school Laughing to show them the different plants or whatever. Two girls ended up getting lost and they had to ring their Dad's Laughing. Anyway, for this incident and a lot of other things he did, he ended up being asked to leave but he still had to finish off the term which was like 2 weeks.

A week before he left this same teacher told the boys in my grade (yr 8) that he was planning on taking some boys to Samoa for a soccer camp and you had to pay $2500 to go. One of my mates paid him $250 and he was like "oh thankyou, thankyou, listen do not tell any other teachers about this ok? good lad"...and we never saw him again Shocked

Also had a teacher who plays the harmonica to 'settle' her class (she was a sub) even though she can't even play it, had one teacher that was actually a retard.

Also, my current PD teacher (he's a legend) had the greatest comeback of all time to the most annoying chick in the grade. He told her to move because she was talking and she goes "No sir, everybody else is so until you move somebody else, I am not moving. It's not fair that you're just choosing me!" and he goes "*5 second slience* That time of the month is it?" That moment will be talked about amoungst the 25 odd people who were there for a very, very long time.

I love when teachers own students. This girl, Hollie, who is obsessed with Michael Jackson (has the shirts, dog tags, the posters, the lot) was standing up next to the door during class and wouldn't sit down. The teacher told her to sit and she said, no way, those guys are being creepy. The teacher goes; can't be as creepy as your obsession with MJ. Has never spoken to him since Laughing

OHHH, I forgot my Math teacher last year seems a bit odd in the head. He constantly told us his belief of one day penguins taking over the world, or missiles buried underneath the hokey courts. Everyone this he's a loon but I recon he's saying it as a joke.

I've been pretty lucky with teachers this year.

English - Favourite teacher, she's only mid 20's and has pretty good taste in music/movies. She's hot and I don't get much work done in this lesson.
Health - 50 odd, feminist, school councellor, big fan of yoga. Pretty good teacher.
Tourism - Hottest teacher ever. Principal's daughter, never seen a teacher write so much when you hand in drafts.
Psychology - English guy, uni coordinator, not too bad. I've had him in either maths or psychology the past three years so we get along alright.
PE - My homegroup teacher, also pretty hot. Don't want to get on her angry side though.

Our best substitute teacher would definitely be Mr Shaw, somehow related to the Shaws from the AFL. Played SANFL back in the day, used to be a cop and his wife was a judge for the Snowtown murders so he's got a few good stories to tell. Don't get work done in his classes either, mainly a sit and chat session whenever he teaches.

We had a wacky teacher at school. Teal may know of him. Named Mann.

He was a relief teacher, and nothing was ever done in class. He just rambled. I remember one music class we got an in-depth lecture on how the brain works.

Another social studies class (when we were meant to be learning about the way different cultures celebrate Christmas) we went out to see if we could get this guys new boomerang to work. Bloody brilliant Very Happy

I once had a politics lecturer who smoked a pipe in class. He was a really old dude and wouldn't give lectures, he'd pull out a chair and put his feet up and smoke and get people to ask him questions. If he didn't like the question he would just stare up at the roof and blow smoke rings until someone asked another question. If someone was rude to him or questioned his knowledge (because he was a bit dippy) he would say loudly "I'M SORRY, I CAN'T HEAR YOU OVER THE SOUND OF MY PH.D"
