Johnson form has revived in Day 1 and Day 2, Hopefully Hussey's and North is todays.

Victoria's run out to got rid of Robinson was so good. Wade caught it on while he was in mid air and whipped the bails off while falling onto the ground.

Well done to Michael Hussey who has pretty kept his test spot safe with the hard-fought century.

Finally good to see MJ seeming to hit form.

Against England is a big step-up though from Shield cricket. Seeing if he can keep it up and repeat his form he showed against Sth Africa at the start of 09, bowling teams out of the park and smashing runs.

The Bulls turned a first innings loss into an outright win.. Great fightback with Swan and Lynn the stars. Lynn unlucky not to get his ton. Hopesy was on fire when he came to the crease. Great win hopefully we can take our form into the shorter version now.

Well over the past couple of days its been a good day for the Aussies. With Hussey and Johnson getting tons and also Johnson and Watson getting 5fers.

Unfortunately my Vics went down to WA today Sad We played for the draw but we weren't good enough to hold on.

Great to see so many top players playing in Shield Cricket this week!

SA were bowled out for just 55 by Tassie yesterday, James Faulkner took 5/5 from 7 overs Shocked SA are following and are 3/91 at stumps, still 105 runs behind. Really shows the difference between the two sides, Tassie are at the top of the table while the Redbacks are dead last.

Incredibly SA actually managed to win the game, they set Tassie a total of 221 to win after a second innings of 416 with Blizzard scoring 115 and Christian a very quick 93. In reply Tassie only reached 177 with Peter George taking 5/28, amazing comeback from the Redbacks.

What an unbelievable match Tasmania vs South Australia was. For SA to get bowled our for 55 and then to go on and win the match... that's unheard of. Tasmania will be shattered, that was a huge chance to go 6 points clear on top of the table.

Victoria vs Queensland ended in a draw in a rain-efected match. Queensland were definitely the better team over the 4 days, we're lucky their were a few rain delays.

In Western Australia vs New South Wales Day 3 is coming to an end. WA are currently 0/46 and require 318 runs to win. Will be an interesting last day.

NSW have rolled WA for 165 today and have won by 199 runs.

Nathan Hauritz knocks on the door of the selectors with very impressive figures of 5/39 off 27 overs! The batters he get are quality as well. They include: S. Marsh, Voges, Swart + Wes Robinson.

This win takes NSW 4 points clear on top.

I recon Smith just cemented his place in the next test with 4/57 from 12.5 for NSW against SA.. Bloody expensive but he isn't the kind of bowler that would tie down an end anyway he's purely a wicket tacker. Hoping Hughesy will have a massive game aswell. Fergie made 14.

Hauritz just got his first ever ton... I wonder what selectors will think of this. Certainly will be very interesting who they will select for the Perth test.

Meanwhile the Queensland are in disarray, currently 4/52 in the 13th over. Having a look at the QLD team, they don't have any stand out players and alot of them are very inexperienced and/or young. I think their captain for today's game is keeper Ben Dunk!

WA looking good here with QLD on 8/120 at lunch. Hogan the star with the ball taking 4/31 off 16 overs. Beer only bowled 2 over for 0/2. He wont be playing the rest of the game because he had to leave for Perth today.

QLD likely to be following on if they lose their last two wickets and WA only have 10 players batting.

6 whole weeks? F*** you are sooo good.

Anyway Lynn saved us from an outright loss to WA scoring 142*.. He's a class act really looked the goods when wickets were falling around him. Nesser was also good for us on debut taking 4/53 (20) in the 1st innings.

Tasmania vs Victoria kicked off today at Bellerive.

Tasmania rolled us for 233 Sad Finchy top scored with 83 and McDonald scored a handy 65. Patto also chipped in with 31. Everyone else didn't get into double figures. haha. Hilf took 4/44 and Butterworth continues his good Shield season with 4/62. Tasmania in reply are 3/74. Shocking day for the Vics, hopefully we can put up a good fight tomorrow.
