| V When: 9/10/10 Where: Adelaide Oval Australian keeper Brad Haddin returns to first class cricket after an injury that saw him miss the Indian tour. Also back from injury is Blues bowler Mark Cameron who will be playing in his first one day game since 2008, who missed all of last season with a back injury. 18 year old Nic Maddinson, who represented Australia in the U19 World Cup last October will make his debut for NSW this match. A left handed opening batsman, Nic scored 604 runs @ 46.46 for Sutherland last season. Also inclued in the Blues squad for the first time is 18yr old allrounder Sean Abbott who, like Nic, was also in the Australia U19 World Cup squad. The Redbacks have a new leadership team in Michael Klinger and Callum Ferguson, who take over Graham Manou. The Redbacks are also fielding new recruits Aidan Blizzard and Ben Edmondson. Redbacks coach Mark Sorell said he hopes his team will continue their good form they showed in the Champions League NSWStuart CLARK (C) Sean ABBOTT Mark CAMERON Trent COPELAND Scott COYTE Brad HADDIN Moises HENRIQUES Phil JAQUES Usman KHAWAJA Nicolas MADDINSON Stephen O’KEEFE Ben ROHRER David WARNER SAMichael KLINGER(Capt) Aidan BLIZZARD Cameron BORGAS Daniel CHRISTIAN Tom COOPER Chris DUVAL Ben EDMONDSON Callum FERGUSON Daniel HARRIS Graham MANOU Aaron O'BRIEN Gary PUTLAND Kane RICHARDSON

| To be honest, i didn't even know the season started. Which pretty much shows my interest in cricket over the past 6 or so months.
We've got a pretty solid team, definitely some good batters in there. The bowlers are fair average though. Never liked Putland and i don't even know who Richardson is. Fergie should hopefully dominate and captain Klinger needs to get us off to a good start. Stoked with the signing of Aiden Blizzard. I went to a few matches last season when we played the Vics, and he was fantastic. Can hit a long six as well.

Hopefully there's more people going to games this season as well. I went to one last year and there was about 100 people there. |

| Yep South Australia won by 33 runs. South Australia managed 9/232 off their 45 overs. No one managed to get past 50 but you got quite a few 30s and 40s. Including an awesome innings by O'Brien, maybe even match winning with 44 off 30 not out. Stuey Clark managed 4/51 off 10 overs. NSW got bowled out for 199. Maddinson was the only man to pass 50 for the match on his One-day debut. Maxi's man Putland bowled terrificly with 3/41 off 12 overs. |
