In light of the recent Monaghan controversy I thought Id start up a thread about dogs and how awesome they are.

No cat people allowed. If you're a cat person GTFO right now.

Feel free to talk about your dogs and post funny dog related information right here.

I have two dogs, 7 year old kelpie x german shepherd and a 2 year kelpie x boxer. Theyre pretty awesome, will post pics later. Normal pics not gross Monaghan style pics.

I have a mother and daughter rottweiler. They are both purebred. They are legit, but the mother bullies thendaughter. Some crazy fights. Love wrestling with em. Mothers named bundy after the great rum and the daughter is named Shebah.

I've got a "bitzer" dog. Got the shape, size and stupidity of a Jack Russell, with the coat of a Staffy, with a few other breeds thrown in.

Stupid dog really, she gets very excited at dinner time and goes racing for the back door, but routinely forgets to wait for someone to open the door first, and thus hits her head on a wooden door every night. Facepalm

We named her Holly, after the computer in Red Dwarf, which me and my brother were obsessed with back when we got her.

Wouldn't trade her for anything in the world, but god she's stupid.

we have a white labrador called Ruby, i like to tell people we named her over the Rancid song Ruby Soho but we didn't, we got her when she was a year or so old from some friend of the olds who was moving overseas and didn't want to take the dog, ruby was her name before she got her.

Dog can be crazy at times but generally very friendly, shits a lot though.

I'm no dog expert, but every Jack Russell I've met has been as thick as a bloody brick.

Maybe they're playing trick on me Evil or Very Mad

Have two golden labs...idiots, but very friendly!

Watching them get excited about food is always fun, spinning around in circles until their bowls arrive...again...idiots, but so much fun to have around

Spoiler:

Shit quality but that's my dog, six year old staffy. He somehow got out and decided to go for a trundle monday night/tuesday morning. He was found about 600m away from our house, which he would have had to cross an intersection and a busy train station so pretty lucky he wasn't hit.

Edit: Bit big, spoilered it.

I have two aussie silky terriers, one maltese cross and one kelpie cross staffy. My kelpie x staffy's name is Paddy and he looks just like Tank's dog but the colour of a staffy and a bit bigger. Dunno exactly how old he is as we found him in January and the vet said he was roughly 6-8 weeks then. It's so hard feeding them because they steal each others food so much. But I love 'em Smile
