Brilliant match, that's why we love the Big Bash. Pollard what a star, class hitting - shame he couldn't get the Redbacks over the line. Lyon looked the goods on debut I thought. But really we all know this Blues victory was set up by the legend Daniel Smith!! affraid

^ haha rog. 29 off his only over, unbelievable.

Anyway that was a intruiging match, Pollard just couldn't get SA home in the end but that was still a mighty innings!

Next round fixtures:
7 Jan - QLD vs TAS
8 Jan - SA vs VIC
9 Jan - NSW vs WA

My tips: Tassie, Victoria and NSW

Queensland playing really well. Some really shocking running by the Tasmanians. However, pitch looks slow so going to be hard to score runs.

Brilliant bowling display set up the win followed by a captains knock. Good all round cricket. Safe to say teams won't be taking us lightly after that performance.

Pretty much the perfect T20 win, fantastic all round performance from the Bulls. Outstanding stuff from the bowlers, honestly can't single one of them out, they all bowled well as a unit... fielding was just superb. And a real captains knock from Hopes.

Wow what a shocking performance with the bat. I thought we bowled pretty well but Pollard killed us towards the end. I felt confident that we could chase down SA's total, we got off to a good start as well after 3 overs but I dunno what happened from there.

Was at the game, far out Gayle and Marsh both played brilliantly. Thought WA could get 230+ the way they were going, thankfully they were slowed down a bit, still got a great total and I never really thought we were gonna put up much of a chase especially once we lost the two early wickets. Well done to WA, deserve the win, though our fielding was woeful.

I was sitting at the long on/third man boundary to the left hander (depending on which end you were batting from) like on the edge of a high-up section (hard to explain). One of Marsh's (I think) sixes came towards me and the ball dropped a few metres short of where I was. Was pissed haha, they were given out $100 to anyone who caught a six and even though it was coming hard, would've been disappointed if I dropped it.

What an opening partnership from Gayle and Marsh! Gayle was incredible! 6 6 6 4 4 6 Shocked Terrific innings by Marsh as well.

Tassie vs Victoria play tomorrow night, huge match!!

Gonna be a tough game for Victoria tonight. They are missing few key players like, Finch, Hussey, White and Pattinson due to international duties and McKay is injured. Hodge and Wade need to stand up for this game after missing out last game against SA.

Tasmania will only be without Paine.

Another shocking performance. A terrible start with the bat but at least the imports Prior and Bravo put some runs together. I really thought that our total would not be easy to chase down but our bowlers did not bowl well at all, bar Nannes.

We might miss out on the final for the first time ever this season Sad

I know we got thumped but take 6 of the best players out of any team and they will struggle massively

Gayle's dismissal should not have been out. Its stupid how the keeper doesnt glove it and has no control of the ball but it comes of the body and onto the stumps. thats stupid. And also Gayle had his toes on the line. that rule should change to if the toes are touching the line it should be safe.

Why should the rule change. The rule is they have to be behind the line so keep it as it is.

Shaun Marsh out by a ripping catch. Pollard and some otters were really giving it to himduring that innings and Pollard was actually really looking like quite an idiot during it.

Harris' innings was bloody fantastic and with Marsh gone now it will be hard for the Warriors here on in.

Wishing all the best to Callum Ferguson as well.

he copped a nasty bouncer in the head from Mahmood. The ball hit the grill and the grill must of been pushed onto his nose or eyes and was bleeding.
