Sunday, January 2:

Melbourne Heart v North Queensland Fury (AAMI Park)
Adelaide United v Brisbane Roar (Hindmarsh Stadium)

Monday, January 3:

Newcastle Jets v Sydney FC (EnergyAustralia Stadium)
Gold Coast United v Perth Glory (Skilled Park)

Wednesday, January 5:

Wellington Phoenix v Melbourne Victory (Westpac Stadium)
---
Bit of a shame so many key players are out/in doubt for the Adelaide/Brisbane game, tipping the points to be shared. In other games North Queensland to come away with a point from Melbourne, Jets and GCU to both have wins on Monday and the points to be shared in NZ.

I'm going to check out Heart tomorrow well today..see how the atmosphere is like then they're playing. Shame I know with the Birsbane game Franjic, Broich, McKay all out...resting them I'm assuming or maybe something else?

Yep big test for us, Adelaide fans on here are always whinging that they never have fit players now with arguably 3 of our most influential players out a win would be all the more sweeter. Going to be tough though and i'd be happy with a point, they'll be out for revenge after we spanked them with 10 men. Ricky back is massive and softens the blow of losing so many key players, hopefully gets back to his best in no time. Look for Mitch Nichols to have a belter, Milsy will also be out for a big one to show Ange he deserves to keep a place in the 11.

Brilliant win Grin. Never an easy place to go and get 3 points and we did that without 3 of our best players which makes it all the better.

Thought Rocky was a bit unlucky to be taken off at halftime but Brattan was a shining light in the 2nd half when he got into the game.
Lovely finish by Solo as well. We maybe got a bit lucky but if the Adelaide player wasnt there Kosta wouldve scored anyway Razz.

Delighted to see Henrique back as well, he looked dangerous a couple of times. I forgot how fecking quick he is as well lol, when he gets back into proper match fitness its just one more attacking weapon in our arsenal.

Perth back here on Friday night next up. Will be another tricky game but we should get the points.

Melb Heart got a 2-0 win today too. Didnt see much of it but it looked pretty comfortable.

Went to the Heart game...not the best of games was quite amusing seeing a few Victory fans affilliating with the Fury fans by helping them with their chants and their trash talking of Heart, etc. Only thing really that kept me interested in the game.
And a good win to Brisbane without 3 key players they still managed to get the win...looks to have sealed 1st place now.

Sydney 2-1 and 0-0 in todays games.

Big shock with Sydney winning and the GCU game seemed pretty shite.

Big game for us against Wellington today. A win and then we're on equal points with Gold Coast and only 1 behind CCM.

It wont be easy to get the 3 points but I definitely reckon we can do it.

Welcome back Danny Allsopp!

That Rojas lad, I will tell you now. He is something special. Could go far that one. A much needed win, closes the gap on the Top 6.

Must've had one eye on the Adelaide clash...was pretty embarrassing how Wellington just destroyed us like that...well deserved win from them just lucky it was more than 2-0...Rojas just destroyed us...does help when we where backing away from him but he just waltzed around everyone.
