Probably will lose to Blackpool but new managers often have a good first game so hopefully thats the case...big game though on Sunday no Gerrard will make it tough but its a derby so everyone should lift!

The atmosphere on Sunday will be incredible. Not only are we playing against the blueshite, but Kenny's first home game back, it's gonna amazing. Really can't wait.

Tomorrow mornings game will be tough, but after the improvement we saw against United last weekend, I'm optimistic about our chances. Our squad is obviously a lot better than theres, and now that we have a manager who can install some belief in the side and get them playing football, we should be able to do the business.

Will be interesting to see what team we go with. Kelly played really well on the weekend so I'm hoping he keeps his place, Johnson on the wing wouldn't be a bad shout. Lucas has played pretty much every game during this tough schedule and a rest wouldn't be a bad thing, but with Stevie suspended he'll probably be out there. Kuyt needs a rest as well, his form has been ordinary this season.

Kenny's press conference yesterday was fantastic, said all the right things. Complimented this squad and the players and acknowledged how lucky he is to be able to work with such good players. A stark contrast from the attitude Roy had of basically blaming everything on them and saying they weren't good enough. It feels like the club is back in the right hands again.

Well we couldn't of get of to a better start, great goal from Torres in the opening minutes. He looked much better today Torres. He seemed much more enthusiastic and more into the match.

Our defending was pretty crap, both goals resulted from poor defending.

Johnson at LB didn't really work. His crosses from the left were very poor. Meireles was poor, turned the ball over a bit too much. Jovanovic got himself in some good areas but just lacked quality playing the ball. Reina was our best though, made some fine saves.

Jovanovic was horrible in my eyes...

Very disappointing result after such a good start, but as C11 said.. Torres was looking much better this morning than he has been in the past. Once again Reina was solid and it was unlucky for him to let the goals in because it was from some pretty ordinary defending.

Lucas was good, he made some mistakes at times but other than that he set up quite a bit of play for us and he got us into some pretty damaging situations.

Disappointing result and seeing Gerrard and Carragher on the sidelines shaking their heads really summed it up tbh. The lads need to be better.

Obviously it's gonna take more than 180 minutes of football for Kenny to stamp his mark on this team. It was a new formation and Kenny was obviously seeing what kind of players he has at his disposal with an experimental line-up.

The guys that did come in failed to make any sort of positive impression. Poulsen is simply not good enough and Jovanovic didn't impress at all. Meireles had another shocking game, and Kuyt was rubbish again like he has been all season.

Reina, Lucas and Kelly played well. Torres was ok and the rest were shite. Some of the players need to take a long, hard look at themselves.

Still very much looking forward to Sunday when the king takes his rightful place on the Anfield throne. The atmosphere is going to be fkning amazing and the bitter Blues won't know what's hit em. We'll win.

I said when Pool signed him hes shit. Jovanovic has been a complete and utter flop aswell.

Maybe its time for Kuyt to move on in the summer, he still has some net worth, but i dont think, personally that he has lived up to his potential at Pool, Liverpool doesn't suit him. Or i could be completely wrong. Shoot?

Kuyt has been a great servant for the club and for someone with limited ability like him he's managed to get the most out of himself. I think the club needs to sit down with him in the summer, thank him for all he's done and inform him that he's no longer required. He's been mis-managed in my opinion, he shouldn't be playing every week, there are so many games where he is a weak-link on that right-hand side but for whatever reason he is undroppable.

I love the bloke but him starting every single game despite his constant rubbish performances is beyond a joke.

Mind you, he does love playing against Everton.

Feeling confident but nervous at the same time going into Saturday's game.
I'm confident because West Ham have been rubbish so far this season so we should beat them, but I'm also worried because we ourselves have been rubbish of late and Rob Green always steps his game up against us so it's not going to be easy to score. Having said that, Nasri and RVP will be back starting which will improves our chances somewhat. Hoping we can go out and play a good game so we can get some confidence back ahead of a big stretch of games.

Szczesny
Eboue - Djourou - Koscielny - Clichy
Song - Wilshere
Walcott - Fabregas - Nasri
Van Persie

Us to hit some form and win 3-0 or 4-1.

I'm trying to be positive.

As long as we get the win, I'm happy. I'm just hoping we will get in a bit of style.
