Will happily take a 1-0 win here. Important we get a few wins on the trot in the coming weeks and stay in contention for a spot in the top four. Anelka has a pretty good record against Blackburn so I expect him to start. Bit worried Santa Cruz may fire, he will have a point to prove.

Come on Chelsea!

Yer well shouldn't get over confident all I'm saying.
how is saying 3-1 againest the worst team in the league make him over confident
To win by 3 goals I think is because Arsenal have a tendancy to either not win these sorts of games or to score a late winner...if they win I think they'll just scrape home all I'm saying.

2-0 up at HT and well on our way to victory.
Van Persie opened the scoring with a great finish tucked into the corner after a awesome Nasri dummy, he also hit the post before setting up Walcott who got ahead of Bridge (West Ham are paying him 90k a week to be shit it would seem) before hitting it in from close range.

Arsenal fans singing 'Your getting sacked in an hour' Laughing

----------------

Ends 3-0. Bridge conceded a penalty on Walcott, Van Persie stepped up and scored. Very easy win and a very good performance.

Our fans ended the game singing 'Your getting sacked in a minute' Laughing

well they ended up winning 3-0 aye

EDIT: on the football as it happened thing wayne bridge is copping it bad
"An absolutely heroic effort from Wayne Bridge today to try and deflect some of the attention away from Avram Grant."

"If Wayne Bridge IS Avram Grant's singing, do you think Martin O'Neill has enough time to sell him before the transfer window closes? Shocking display!"

"Hat-trick on his debut for Wayne Bridge. He's at fault for all three goals conceded by West Ham tonight."

Yes they certainly did...thought West Ham would've done better then that but a good win for Arsenal.

I watched Man City vs Wolves last night. Was a very entertaining match, 4-3 to Man City. Wolves hit the lead early. But then Man City got themselves to a 4-1 lead during the 2nd half with 2 from Tevez and 1 each to the Toure brothers. Wolves then scored in about the 70th and 85th minute but they couldn't get their in the end. Dzeko played pretty well.

So pumped for Pool vs Everton tonight!!! Gonna be huge! Liverpool 3-1.

IVANOVIC!! Very Happy

Really good second half performance, finishing in the final third wasn't great but definitely an improvement compared to the past few weeks. We looked a lot more confident in the second half and seemed to play with more freedom. Really happy Ivanovic scored, definitely been one of our better players this season and once again he had a good performance. We look so more dangerous with Bosingwa in the side, provides us with an extra option... definitely should be starting over Ferreira.

Anyone seen the goal Tevez scored (first one I think), superb solo effort.

Really looking forward to tonight's games like most. Everyone loves watching the Merseyside Derby, even when both teams aren't playing that well. I do favour Liverpool though seeing as though the game is at Anfield.

Prediction: Liverpool 2-1 Everton.

The other big one is obviously Tottenham hosting Manchester United at White Hart Lane. Really hoping Spurs can get the three points to make it a little more interesting at the top of the table as while United are only 1pt behind Man. City, they've got three games in hand.

Prediction: Tottenham 2-2 Manchester United.

Brilliant performance by us, we didnt get out of 2nd gear and I get the feeling that we couldve gone on to win by 5 or 6 if we had to.

Cesc and RVP were brilliant. RVP is really starting to get back to his best now, if he stays fit then look out Razz.

Buzzing at the moment, tonight will be incredible. The Kop is going to look amazing, everyone will be bringing out there banners and scarves and the noise when Kenny makes his entrance is going to be out of this world. Would be an amazing game to go to.

Hopefully the players are in the right frame of mind and can take care of business on the pitch, if they do it's gonna be a match to remember for a long time.

Really have no idea what the team will be, but whoever puts on that red shirt better pull there finger out and leave everything on the pitch. But one thing is certain; Manager: Kenny Dalglish.

Derby day, the return of Kenny. Let's have 'em.

So pumped for tonight, Tyne-Wear Derby, Mersey Derby and Spuds v United. Couldnt really care much for the Brum v Villa game tbh haha.

Think that Sunderland will get up 2-1, Pool 2-1 and hoping for a draw in the Spuds game. Also a draw in the other derby tonight too.

Got my sugary goodies to get me through til 5am tomorrow morning too. Cant wait Grin.

Carroll's still out with his thigh injury. Hopefully Ameobi can shine on the occasion, he's been struggling with inury lately though as well. So keen on this, really don't know how it will end up. Anyone know how accurate Teamtalk is on Twitter?

Edit: Cattermole and Welbeck have both failed fitness tests apparently.

0-0 at halftime in the Tyne-Wear Derby. Newcastle have had the better of the chances for me but Sunderland well in it still.
Been a fantastic watch though. Howard Webbs had a good game too. Hes let the game flow which has made it alot better.

Good half so far. Dominated the first 15 minutes or so until Sunderland warmed up and pretty much controlled it for the rest of the half. Already had to use a sub with Smith coming off with what looks to be an ankle injury, he was fairly disappointing anyway and looked more keen on starting fights with players and the crowd. They've caught us off guard a few times with the lobbed ball, we'd be in big, big trouble if it wasn't for Coloccini.. he's saved our arse so many times.

Best hasn't done a whole lot, Ameobi hasn't been too bad and probably had the best chance in the game so far after only four or five minutes.

Game ends 1-1, we were so, so close. Nolan heeled it in from a corner just after half time and Gyan somehow leveled around the 90th minute. Our defence was very solid for most of the game too which is a bit disappointing. Coloccini definitely our best, Jose Enrique was good down back too. 4 points from both derbys this season so not too bad I guess, looking forward to Tottenham next week now.

Also it seems a Sunderland fan ran onto the pitch after the game and hit or pushed Steve Harper.

Ends 2-2 in what was a good match.

Tired ATM and only access to phone so will sum up the game tomorrow when on computer but we have seen a lot of positives tonight.

1st half pool in which they should of been 4-0 up

2nd half we were the better team created 2 chances and scored both and then pool got a pen which was there no doubt about it

4 points off liverpool this season no arguing with that

and felliani was just brilliant was everywhere
