Australia v England
2nd Twenty20, Melbourne

Team news
Australia's power pack of vein-popping batsmen and fiery fast bowlers almost pulled off a win against England, which may be enough for White's side to stick with the formula. If there is a change it may be in Lee being replaced by the young fast bowler James Pattinson, who could start his career on his home ground in Melbourne.

Australia (possible) 1 David Warner, 2 Shane Watson, 3 Aaron Finch, 4 David Hussey, 5 Cameron White (capt), 6 Steven Smith, 7 Tim Paine (wk), 8 Mitchell Johnson, 9 Steve O'Keefe, 10 Brett Lee/James Pattinson, 11 Shaun Tait.

After clocking up another win, their eighth in a row, England will be in no mood to change. Especially as Ravi Bopara is not in the squad to challenge Luke Wright's position.

England (probable) 1 Ian Bell, 2 Steven Davies (wk), 3 Kevin Pietersen, 4 Paul Collingwood (capt), 5 Eoin Morgan, 6 Luke Wright, 7 Michael Yardy, 8 Tim Bresnan, 9 Graeme Swann, 10 Ajmal Shahzad, 11 Chris Tremlett.

Aus finish with 7/147, decent total, but probably a bit below par once again. Good start but we started to struggle when the spinners came on. Aaron Finch the star with 53 off 33, great moment for him in just his second game and in front of a big home crowd..

Mega face palm.

We'll lose this.

Another great finish to another entertaining game. Finchy definately saved our arses and Johnson finally bowling at his best. Lee and Tait bowled much better tonight (bar Tait's wide at the end and the six from Bing). Good bowling changes from White. Maybe that is a sign that he is perfect for the job in ODIs or maybe test.

Hopefully this is the start of a winning streak to go into the world Cup.

Was a great game, some quality bowling from both teams.

Finchy was awesome. I'm so happy that he's taken his chance at International Level. Again another disappointing innings from my Dave Hussey, I think he's playing ODI's or something.

Watto's innings was good as well, along with Warner.

Lee was terrific with the ball, as was Watto.

Good win Aus!

Tait bowled shit.

Bell was fantastic as always... looking at englands team they seemed like a batsman short for both games.

Tait makes me cry. He shouldn't be a death bowler.

Hopefully we will never see Shaun Tait and David Hussey again

Other than the awful wide near the end I thought Tait bowled well, some great yorkers and changed up his pace and length every so often to make it tough for the batsmen. Agreed that Hussey shouldn't be in the team though, seemed to be playing for himself instead of the team in both games. Marsh and Ferguson should count themselves unlucky to be behind him for the first ODI.

What's the go with writing Bomber Hussey off already? F*** he's a gun, if he wasn't on the older side he'd be in the team a long long time ago, definately deserving of alot more time in the Green and Gold. He's better then SOK and Steve Smith at the least anyway if anyone should go it's them. Steve Smith just isn't playing his shots anymore he has changed his game dramatically by the looks of it in recent time, have a go mate.
