0-0 still with just over 10 minutes left.
Would be brilliant if we could pull a win out here.

3-0 win against NQ! Goals to Allsopp and 2 to Dugandzic. It seems Celeski will be out for a few weeks with a groin injury. Also when will Archie be back? There was talk he might've played in the Derby so surely he'll play on the weekend vs Gold Coast?

Why did Hernandez come off on the hour mark? He never comes off...

Thought Cernak deserved a penalty for Petkovic's challenge. Doesn't really matter though, because the Fury wouldn't have won anyway. They can't beat anyone atm.

That last goal was primary school defending. Akoto is shit.

Seems like the Victory will definitely be in the finals now. Sigh...

Not sure about Hernandez coming off. We do have a heavy schedule atm so it must be that.

And yeah, Cernak definitely deserved the penelty.

Brilliant win last night. Happy to be back in the winners circle after a couple of draws.
The pitch was a fucken disgrace.

Cheers Lukey.

Horrible performance, just horrible. Didn't even deserve a goal. Just goes to show how important Fyfe is to the defence. If Cornthwaite is there for the rest of the season, we're no chance. He's a terrible player and should just fk off.
Flores turned it over about ten times tonight, he was just awful.
Why Ramsey is still starting is beyond me. Can't put in a cross to save his life.
Why is Reid still on the bench? If Coolen keeps him there, i can see Reid leaving. He's not a bench player.
Not a surprise at all Leckie came on he was trying his best to inspire the team. No one was doing anything remotely acceptable before he came on. He has to start next week.

Second is gone now imo. We've got The Victory, Nix, and Gold Coast remaining. The Mariners have Heart, Gold Coast and Newcastle. All they need to do is win 2 of the games to consolidate second spot.

Can't believe we aren't going to finish in the top 2. We were unbeaten for the first 11 weeks of the season, 4 months later, we've got 9 losses in that time-frame.

It's looking like we'll be versing the Heart/Victory in week 1 of the finals now. I wouldn't be surprised if we end up finishing fourth, which would mean an Adelaide-Melbourne week 1 finals match-up.

That was PATHETIC.
Worse than Pathetic.

Final score Perth 0-2 Sydney.

Dont let the scoreline fool you. With the chances Sydney had, any better team would have scored about 7.

Glory cant pass, Cant Defend, The only player trying to Attack is Howath and he loses possession 9 times out of 10. They cant Close down the opposition. 10 yds seems to be the closest they can get to them. They cant move in possession. Except for midfielders and defenders Dropping deep to receive passes because they cant attack. They cant even get simple 1-2s, and basic "once you pass the ball find space and get into a good position to get it back." Its basic stuff you learn it in U/12s. I wont even get to the basic defensive errors, like 2/3 players getting sucked in and leaving players free. Pathetic

Gonna be tough for the Victory GCU game expected to reach 40 degrees...should bring it to 7pm instead of 5pm considering the circumstances.

Very happy with the 2-0 win over GCU yesterday. Danny Allsopp with 2 terrific goals, so greta to have him back. I think that's 5 goals from 4 goals.

Keep it up boys. We're almost assured a spot in the finals now, a win against Newcastle on Wednesday then we're definitely in.

Good win against the Jets the other night.

A ripper of a goal from Pondeljak and then Robbie Kruse with a nice finish back from the Asian Cup Very Happy Great to have ya back Robbie.

Danny had quite a few shots on target, was unlucky not to score. Petkovic wasn't really in action too much but he did make a couple of good saves when he was tested. Definitely looks like we'll be playing in Gold Coast for the first week of the finals now.

Well it's not known yet. They say the drainage is going alright despite their being lots of 'puddles of water' on the pitch. There hasn't really been a break in downpours which isn't good.

On another note, Kamal Ibrahim is in the Heart's squad tonight. Went to my school a year or 2 ago. Good luck to him if the game is played.

AAMI Park Terrific job getting the game played.

Finished 1-1. In the 49th min Matty Thompson scored a freak goal from behind half way affraid Hit a free kick long and Matt Ryan didn't read it well and it skidded over his head. Central Coast then equalized just a minute later.

Kamal Ibrahim played about half an hour and played really well I though He has got heaps of pace and has awesome skills.

No finals for you Melbourne Heart Smile

Danny Vukovic becomes the first keeper in the A-League to score a goal after he slotted home a penalty against North Queensland.
