I'll be going for which ever team Dave Hussey goes to.

Interesting to see Katich going to the Perth team. Herschelle Gibbs to Perth, good signing that.

Whilst I'm a fan of state of cricket, I feel that this Big Bash League is not the right way CA should have went with. The previous Big Bash model I thought was successful. Now with the extra teams in Syd and Melb it just devalues the competition. What makes it even worse are the colour schemes, which while a minor issue, represents the "franchise" and just feels not right. But I want the fans and CA to prove me wrong and I will be heading out this summer to support the Sydney Thunder.

100% agree with you there Roger. I prefer the state vs state format but lets see how this goes.

Welcome back mate. Good too see you back on The Final Whistle The Tank! Looking forward to this once again this year, hopefully us New Zealanders get to see it on Sky Sport this season like we did last year even though I may be heading to the Gold Coast near the end of this year to live. I love the big bash, not sure who I will support this season. Normally support the Victoria Bushrangers but seeing as they have changed it around this year I will pick a team closer to the tournament starting. Hopefully a few New Zew Zealanders play in it again this year. Will defintley give me more interest if they do thats for sure!

in any case i'm keen to see how this works, think i'll be on the Stars' bandwagon

Perth Scorchers all the way!!. Staying with the Western Australian side. Amazingly 4 players of the Melbourne Stars are captains in their own teams. Voges - WA, White - VIC, Simpson - QLD, Bailey - TAS

Yeah I reckon I'll go for the Melbourne Stars. Got some of my favourite Vic players with D. Hussey, White & Siddle. Also some quality interstate signings. Although it's a tough choice not to go for the Renegades with Finchy and Hodgey. I'll probably support the both of them but I'll go for the Melbourne Stars when the play each other.
