Pretty good movies, I prefer Gilbert Grape though. Both have grown incredibly annoying though after watching them hundreds of times and doing so many essays and peices of work on them in English (Alibrandi in year 9 and Gilbert Grape in year 10)

Luckily I didn't study them as films.

We did 'The Shawshank Redemption' in Yr 10. VERY HAPPY about that.

Yr 11 we did Gattaca, has Jude Law and it wasn't too bad.

Yr 12 we did 'Look Both Ways', shocking movie!

2nd - Seven Pounds.. i enjoyed it more than i thought i would.. was a pretty depressing movie.. 8/10

3rd - Two Hands with Heath Ledger.. not really a movie i'm usually into but it was also quite funny + sad!! 8/10

I am legend.

It's a great movie, I watched it a couple months back in my Media class, and just tonight I hired it from the DVD shop, so i'll watch it soon.

To anyone that hasn't seen it i'd recommend it, it's a great watch with an interesting story.

Just another OVERRATED AND OVER HYPED Will Smith fizzer.

Both failed to catch the eye for mine.

Eagle Eye is another that springs to mind, very unrealistic but it's a great watch and you don't think anything of it at the time.

I couldn't stand that movie.

A really good movie I watched lately is Ghost Town with Ricky Gervais. Had me in stitches (especially the bit about asians) Smile

A few other movies I like - Burn After Reading - absolutely hilarious, I love most Cohen brothers stuff and this was no exception. Gone Baby Gone - great movie, good story to it. The Boy In The Stripped Pyjamas - I really like this movie, not as much as the above two, but it was a good movie, eye opening.

Got dragged along to the new Star Trek film today. Never really been a fan of Star Trek, but I thought the film was very good Smile

Also saw "Angels and Demons", it's better than the Da Vinci Code IMO Smile
